I can’t even put into words how much we love our support coordinator. Over the years, we’ve had experience with several support coordinators, but none like our current one. She truly is a gem. When we have problems, big or small, she makes us feel as if we are her sole concern. She is always patient, cheerful and caring. She listens so carefully, and then she always gets everyone’s input as she reunites us as a team. She has never told us that she is unavailable, or unable to help, and she seems to have some amazing resources as she works to help our son. Timpanogos Supports is a terrific agency.
